Tonight's the night...Wilkinson will be coming to Harper! We've got all the information you need to know about tonight including banding times, guest protocol, and entry requirements. You must show proof of your E-ticket to gain entry into the venue. These will have been sent to you via Native. Please make sure you have these before queuing for the event. Please note: Tickets will go off sale WEDNESDAY AT 7PM! Make sure you get them before as we are UNABLE TO SELL THEM ON THE DOOR!! If you are a Harper Student you MUST bring your student ID with you as we will NOT be accepting card numbers.

GUESTS
If you have guests coming attending the Wilkinson event at Harper this Wednesday, they will need to complete a guest form! In the box for individual or access requirements please leave details of where you are hoping to stay and the student's details; https://www.harper-adams.ac.uk/gen.../visitors/registration/
Remember, all guests will be the responsibility of the students they are with. ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE WITH THEIR HARPER STUDENT, THEIR VACCINATION PASSPORT OR PROOF OF A NEGATIVE TEST AND THEIR OWN ID TO GAIN ENTRY INTO THE VENUE (PASSPORT OR DRIVING LICENCE).
BANDING
Monday: 12pm-2pm for DOUBLE VACCINATED STUDENTS
Tuesday: 12pm-2pm & 4pm-6pm ALL STUDENTS
Wednesday: 12pm-5pm ALL STUDENTS & 5pm-9pm GUESTS ONLY
PLEASE NOTE: NO BAND= NO ENTRY. STUDENT CARDS OR ID MUST BE SHOWN TO ENTER. WE WILL NOT BE EXCEPTING CARD NUMBERS FROM MEMORY.
TICKETS
There are only a limited number of tickets left for Wilkinson! Make sure you grab yours before they all sell out!! Tickets will only be available until 7pm on Wednesday due to the exclusivity of the event. If you have not been banded you will not be able to enter. We will NOT be banding Harper Students on the door due to the arrival of guests on campus. Please Head directly to the Welly if you haven't been able to pick up a band in the allotted times.
