It’s time for our annual face-off against our rival the Royal Agricultural University...
Fixtures:
This event is limited to 50 tickets per bus - 250 tickets for the whole event.
Please check which bus departure time you have purchased a ticket for and arrive to the QMH car park 20 minutes before departure.
We will only be running 5 buses for general admission. There are no spectators for Netball or Shooting events. Please do not arrange your own transport to the event (even if you have purchased a ticket) you will not be permitted entry to the site and will be asked to leave.
No alcohol is permitted on the buses or to be brought to RAU campus. Thorough bag searches will be conducted before you board and any alcohol found will be confiscated and disposed of, if you are found to have alcohol you may not be permitted to board the bus.There will be alcohol, soft drinks, and food available for purchase at the event.
The buses will be leaving at their allotted time and may leave without you, as seats are reserved you cannot get on a later bus if you miss yours.
Tickets for general admission will go live on Monday 17th March 2025.
Bus Times:
All buses will depart from RAU at 18:30 for the return journey to Harper.
Ticket prices:
Competing Athletes (name must be on team sheet) - £25
Spectators general admission - £35
Ticket price covers the cost of the transport, security, wristbands and the cartridges for the shooting competition. We have kept ticket prices as minimal as possible to ensure as many students as possible are able to enjoy the event.
